RoyalOS assists with business work, but the account owner remains responsible for approvals, external publishing, financial actions, legal decisions, and the information supplied to the platform.

AI-assisted work

Employee outputs may contain mistakes and must be reviewed before high-impact use. Approval controls do not replace professional legal, tax, medical, financial, or security advice.

Authorized content and accounts

Only upload, generate, connect, or publish content and accounts you are authorized to use. Do not use RoyalOS to violate privacy, intellectual-property, platform, or employment obligations.

Customer responsibilities

Keep account credentials private, maintain correct user roles, review connected applications, and confirm destination accounts before sending messages or publishing content.

Platform administration

Provider credentials, protected infrastructure, global tenant administration, and permanent platform deletion controls are reserved for authorized RoyalOS platform administrators.
