Why Google access is requested
Google products are connected separately and only after the user authorizes the requested product. Gmail supports approved inbox review and response drafting; Calendar supports scheduling; Drive supports approved file workflows; YouTube supports authorized channel review and diagnostics. Publishing requires a separately implemented and verified publishing permission.
User control
Connected Google services remain user-authorized. RoyalOS keeps email sending and other consequential external actions approval-controlled. Users can disconnect a service from RoyalOS and can revoke Google access from their Google Account.
